BituFlex – Hot applied crack sealant
Bituflex joint and crack filler is specifically formulated to provide the road and building industries with exceptional long term performance for asphalt roads and concrete surfaces. With 100% solids, bituflex is designed to provide optimum adhesion and elastic performance within 5-10 minutes of application. Bituflex will retain its flexibility and recovery properties after continual expansion and contraction of joints and cracks. Bituflex once applied does not shrink and has an effective service temperature range of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius, making it one of the most advanced crack sealing products available in the market.
Bitulastic Liquid Membrane – Cold applied crack sealant
Bitulastic LM is a solvent based, highly rubber modified cold applied sealant. With 60% solids and when applied at ambient temperature, Bitulastic LM provides optimum sealant properties within hours of application (depending on weather conditions). Bitulastic LM has extremely high adhesion properties on many surfaces that do not readily adhere to other cold sealants. It will retain its flexibility after continual joint expansions in a wide range of temperatures. It is recommended that coarse sand, free from clay is used for product blinding.
